The NSGFA Handbook contains various policies, procedures, guidelines, information, instructions, and rules of play for all divisions. Although intended as a resource for coaches and managers, it contains useful information for parents and players too.

Parents often impose their own opinion on what position their daughter should play. Why not ask the player (not her parent) what she wants? Here's a handy tool to fill out and discuss one-on-one with each player at the start of the season, and gain real insight into her goals and preferences.
Playdown intent form
Complete and submit to the NSGFA president or the District 4 coordinator if your team plans to compete for a spot in the annual Provincial Championships. Forms due May 15, 2022.
Criminal record checks
Coaches and managers must provide a current Criminal Records Check (CRC) with the vulnerable sector check. One CRC can be used for multiple sports for a 3 year period. To confirm we have your current CRC, please send an email to email@example.com.
Once you receive your CRC from the police, please mail a photocopy to:
