Due to restrictions imposed by the governing bodies due to the COVID-19 crisis, Refunds will not be processed after July 15th 2020.

The following applies to regular season registration fees except for the 2020 season:

  • House League: A full refund of regular season registration fees is available prior to your team’s first game. A 50% refund is available after the first game and up to April 29, after which no refunds are available.
  • Rep League: A full refund of regular season registration fees is available prior to the team’s first practice, after which a 75% refund may be granted prior to the team’s first game. This may be increased (up to 100%) if the player can demonstrate she did not participate in more than one practice due to injury. A 50% refund is available after the first game and up to April 29, after which no refunds are available.
  • Jr/Sr Women: A full refund of regular season registration fees is available prior to your team’s first game. A 50% refund is available after the first game and up to May 14, after which no refunds are available.

Withdrawal and refund requests must be submitted by email to the Registrar and are subject to approval by the association President. League uniforms and/or equipment must be returned in order for refund to be processed.

Clinics & Camps: A full refund is available prior to the first session, after which a 50% refund may be granted. No refunds are available after half of the scheduled sessions. Withdrawal and refund requests must be submitted by email to admin@nsfastpitch.ca.

General refund policies

Exceptions may be granted at the discretion of the Board. Additional fees such as late fees, Softball BC membership fees, administration charges, and forfeited deposits/bonds are ineligible for refund. All refunds are issued to the original payer only, and when possible via the original payment method. An administration charge may be deducted to cover our processing costs. Delays may occur for refunds issued by cheque.
