Purpose:

To review the financial statements, to vote on any resolutions, and to elect a Board of Directors for next season.

Quorum:

In accordance with NSGFA Bylaws, quorum is three (3) members.  If within thirty (30) minutes from the time appointed for a General Meeting a quorum is not present, the meeting is terminated.

Voting:

In accordance with NSGFA Bylaws, members are allowed one vote per player registered in the current season, and members must be in good standing to be eligible to vote.

The AGM will be followed by the Volunteer Appreciation Social the same evening.  Draw prizes will be awarded at both events.
